"Rossi recently turned 14yrs in April and is a black Ridgeback x Lab. Nicky is 12.5 yrs old and a tan Kelpie x staffy x lab.
Both besties were adopted by my late husband and I before the kids were born. Rossi was rescued from SAFE as he was an unwanted pup with hip dysplasia and Nicky was rescued from Stirling Pound as an unclaimed roamer at 8 months old.
Rossi & Nicky have been the best big brother & sister to Rhys & Olivia as they've grown into the kindest and most resilient kids. Olivia is obsessed with animals and in particular her dogs. Rhys is so gentle and patient with them as they've grown slower and greyer.
Rossi has stunned vets by exceeding his life expectancy by years! we love our besties so very much and as much as I don't want to think about it, we know our cuddles with them are becoming numbered"
