At Lilypad, we believe there’s no single “right” way to enjoy your family portraits. Some families love digital images to share and keep, others are drawn to printed artwork for their home, and many choose a combination of both.

Our role is to create beautiful portraits, then help you choose what suits you best.

Your First Step

Your first step is simply to secure your session.

Once your date and time are locked in, we’ll take care of everything during your session, keep things relaxed and fun, then invite you back to view your images and choose only what you love.

CHoosing YOUR PORTRAITS

You’re always welcome to spend as little or as much as feels right for you. There’s no minimum spend on products and no expectation to purchase more than you love.

Many families begin with a digital image set from $895. From there, some choose to add printed artwork or wall pieces, while others keep things simple.

For those who prefer an easier, all-in-one option, we also offer a small range of thoughtfully designed collections that combine digital images and artwork and offer excellent overall value.

As a general guide, most families invest between $700 and $2500, depending on what they choose.

Payment Options and Our Guarantee

Our session fee comes with a 100% money-back guarantee. If you don’t love your portraits, we’ll refund your session fee. Simple as that.

We also offer credit card facilities and flexible in-house lay-by options for larger orders.

SESSION FEE

Your session fee is $200 and secures your date and time in our diary.

It includes your portrait session at your chosen location, in studio or outdoors, plus a guided design and ordering appointment where you’ll view your images and choose what you love.

As a thank you for booking, your session fee also includes a fine art matted print.

Due to limited availability, weekend sessions attract a small additional fee. Saturday sessions incur a $50 surcharge, with a $100 surcharge for sunset sessions.
