Voting Terms & Conditions

1. Only one entry per family/IP address and entrants must be over the age of 18 years.
2. Entries close at midnight on Monday October 14th 2024 .
3. The cover vote competition winner will be notified by email and SMS by Tuesday, October 16th and announced on social media. The Besties will star on the cover of the Besties book and will receive one copy of the book a $200 prepaid VISA card and a framed 8x10 Art Print of the winning image. 
4. One lucky voter will be randomly selected to win a Lilypad Experience worth $2190. This includes your session, a 20x24" wood print and our top ten digital file package. These winners will be notified by email and SMS by Tuesday October 16th.
5. Twenty lucky voters will be selected to win a runners-up gift certificate valued at $650 to put towards their own Lilypad portrait session. This starter package includes your session, an 8x10" print and $200 towards our digital collections or wall art.
6. The $650 runner-up gift certificate winners will be notified by SMS and email by Tuesday October 16th.  The gift certificate can be redeemed towards any new signature portrait experience with Lilypad and must be redeemed within six months.
7. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or valid for use with any other promotion, gift card, discount, or for sessions already booked. Prizes are not transferrable.
8. All prizes must be used by the end of March 2025, with no extensions possible unless there are extenuating circumstances.
9. Prizes may not be substituted for any other product or service or used in conjunction with any other promotion, special project, gift certificate or discount and are not redeemable for cash.
