So what’s a session with Lilypad Photography like?
My main goal is for the parents to be relaxed, leave the children mostly to me, watch the children having a ball and as a result have beautiful portraits of their children and family they will treasure for ever. I love to treat the session like a play date and encourage children to do what they love, to run, to dance, to sing or blow bubbles to their hearts content. Most of all there is never any pressure for the little ones to perform, to sit quietly, look at the camera and smile. The best and most authentic images – especially those gorgeous smiles – are captured through play and natural interaction.
For the grown ups in my session I am just as relaxed but I will offer you gentle direction and tips to help you relax and look your best.
