This wonderful Mum had a great idea for her birthday, she set up a registry so she could have a beautiful family portrait. Such a great idea! And what a lovely family too!
This family went to a big effort to get all the cousins together for a portrait for Nana’s birthday, I think Nana is going to LOVE her present this year!

Last week this gorgeous newborn brought his Mum and Dad along for a play in the Studio. At first he thought he might exert his authority and not go to sleep for those sleepy images his Mum really wanted, but in the end he realised that sleep is good and we got some gorgeous shot. But apples you say? Can’t you tell? This little man is deservedly, well and truly, the apple of his parents eyes, no question.

Last week I had a very clever little boy come to visit the Lilypad Studio, his Mum wanted to capture him just as he is at this age with no distractions. This clever little boy rewarded his Mum with by sitting all by himself for longer than he ever had before. It surprising how often this happens in my sessions and I just LOVE that I am there to capture such a special moment. Of course such hard work does mean when the session is done – it’s done, but again how sweetly was he done!

This little cutie’s Mum has been waiting patiently for this sneaky peak, and with such a gorgeous baby who could blame her! We met up at their home for some classic baby portraits then headed down to the park for some fun shots. The perfect mix!
